1

Grate the mooli (Asian radish).

2

Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the grated mooli and rub it in, then let it rest for 10 minutes.

3

Prepare the dough by mixing 300 grams of chapati flour with 160 mL of water, knead for 2 minutes, and let it rest for 10 minutes.

4

Squeeze out the excess liquid from the rested mooli and place it in a clean plate.

5

Add green chili, fresh coriander, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of carom seeds, and 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder to the mooli and mix well.

6

Take a portion of the dough, roll it out to 2-3 inches, place the filling in the center, pinch the sides to seal, and roll it out again.

7

Heat a pan and cook the rolled paratha for 1-2 minutes on each side before adding ghee.

8

Add 1 teaspoon of ghee to one side of the paratha, flip it, and add ghee to the other side as well, cooking until golden brown.
