2 tablespoons rice flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
a pinch of turmeric
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp roasted and crushed coriander seeds and cumin seeds
water as needed
18-20 spinach leaves
cucumber chopped without seeds
tomato chopped without seeds
coriander chopped
green chilli chopped
lettuce chopped
pomegranate seeds
boondi/sev
chaat masala
sweet yogurt
green chutney
sweet tamarind chutney

Prepare the batter by mixing gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, turmeric, carom seeds, and roasted crushed coriander and cumin seeds in a bowl.

Add water as needed to achieve a smooth batter consistency.

Coat the spinach leaves in the batter.

Deep-fry the coated spinach leaves until they are crispy and golden brown.

Once fried, place the crispy spinach leaves on a serving plate.

Top the fried spinach with chopped cucumber, tomato, coriander, green chilli, lettuce, and pomegranate seeds.
