Start with finely minced ground chicken.
Add finely chopped onion and squeeze out the excess water from the onion.
Add a few mint leaves and grind them together with the onion.
Add 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste to the mixture.
Mix all the ingredients well to ensure they are combined.
Add 1 tablespoon of ghee to the chicken mixture.
Grease your hands with oil to prevent the mixture from sticking while forming kofta.
Shape the mixture into kofta (oval-shaped patties).
Prepare a sauce by frying chopped onions in oil until golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes to the fried onions and cook until soft, covering for 2-3 minutes to speed up the process.
Add 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste to the sauce and mix well.
Incorporate spices: 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of red chili powder, and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder into the sauce.
Add the prepared kofta to the sauce without stirring for the first 5-7 minutes to allow them to hold their shape.
After 5-7 minutes, gently stir the kofta to ensure they are evenly cooked.
Add 2 glasses of water to the sauce along with garam masala and 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, mixing well.
Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the kofta are fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
