250 gms Chicken Mince/Keema
1/4 tsp Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
3-4 tbsp Onion, fine chopped (33 gms)
1 tsp Green chillies chopped
3 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
2 tbsp Mint leaves chopped
2-3 cloves Garlic, fine chopped (1 tsp)
1 tsp Red Chilli flakes
4 tbsp Breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Oil

Fine chop onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves and garlic.

Take a bowl, add the chicken mince/keema and all the other items as shown in the video. Mix it well.

Now add some oil in your palm and rub your palms together to coat both the palms evenly.

Now take out a small portion of the mix (around 20 gms) and form a meatball as shown in the video. Continue forming for the balance mix.

This mix should give around 16 meatballs.

To air fry the meatballs, take out the basket from the air fryer and spray it with some oil.

Now arrange the meatballs side by side, evenly spaced out and keep the basket back into the air fryer.

Air fry on 180 C for 12 mins.

Pause after 6 mins and turn the meatballs over. Continue to air fry for another 6 mins.

Remove and serve hot with salads and mint chutney.
