Today, it enjoys popularity in homes and restaurants worldwide, often adapted to suit various palates.

Break the cauliflower into florets by hand, ensuring they are not too small to prevent quick cooking.
Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces to ensure they cook evenly with the cauliflower.
Heat a pan and add vegetable oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the cauliflower florets and fry them on medium flame until they have light marks.
Add the potatoes to the pan and fry them slightly to enhance their flavor and soften them a bit.
Cover the pan for 2-3 minutes to allow the cauliflower and potatoes to cook through without breaking apart.
After a few minutes, add 5-6 whole red chilies and 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds to the pan and fry them to release their flavors.
Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste to the pan. If using fresh tomatoes, blend 2 tomatoes and add them instead.
Stir the mixture and cook it to reduce the raw taste of the tomatoes.
Add 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and salt to taste, and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup of whisked yogurt to the mixture, which will enhance the color and flavor.
Cover the pan again to allow the yogurt to infuse its flavor into the cauliflower and potatoes, cooking for a few more minutes.
After 3-4 minutes, check the vegetables; they should be soft and the oil should be visible on top.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of roasted cumin and coriander powder to the mixture and stir well.
Incorporate 2 tablespoons of roasted coconut for added flavor.
Finally, add 2 tablespoons of cream to make the dish creamy. If cream is not available, use milk cream instead.
Mix everything well and check the consistency of the vegetables; they should be soft but not broken apart.
Add 5-6 green chilies, halved and deseeded, to enhance the flavor without adding too much heat.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or roti.
