1 1/2 lbs. chicken thighs
2 pieces Knorr Chicken Cubes
2 1/2 ounces or 4 pieces of Sotanghon (Vermicelli) noodles
1 cup cabbage shredded
1 cup carrot thinly sliced
1/2 cup cilantro chopped
1/2 cup green onions chopped
4 stalks celery chopped
1 piece onion chopped
10 cloves garlic minced (for fried garlic)
2 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce
Ground black pepper and salt to taste
5 tablespoons olive oil
1 bag of annatto seeds to make annatto oil
2 1/2 tablespoons of Annatto oil
2 boiled eggs (optional)
