Nutritional yeast adds a cheesy flavor while being lower in calories.
Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 3/4 teaspoon salt.
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
Pour 1/2 cup of water into the well.
Pour 1/3 cup of olive oil into the well.
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until combined.
Add fresh rosemary leaves to the dough and mix in with hands if preferred.
Flour a surface and place the dough on it.
Tear the dough in half to make it easier to roll out.
Roll the dough out to about 1/8 inch thickness, ensuring it doesn't rip.
Brush the top of the rolled dough with any remaining olive oil.
Sprinkle chopped rosemary and sea salt on top of the dough.
Transfer the rolled dough onto parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
If the top is not browning, flip the cracker over and bake for a few more minutes until desired color is achieved.
Remove from the oven and break into pieces for serving.
