Start with 3/4 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice and pour it into a shaker.

Add 1/2 oz of simple syrup to the shaker.

Pour in 2 oz of vanilla vodka.

Add ice to the shaker and shake well.

Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.

Top off the drink with club soda, preferably Fever Tree.

Garnish with a dehydrated lemon.
