Cut beef steak into little cubes.

Make 400 ml of thick tamarind juice.

Add 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 tablespoon of black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of all-purpose seasoning to the tamarind juice.

Add 1 tablespoon of garlic and ginger paste and mix everything well.

Add 300 ml of the mixture to the beef and leave 100 ml for later.

Leave the beef to marinate for 6 hours.
