African Grilled Beef Skewers

Chop the beef into pieces.
Season the beef with salt.
Crush garlic, onion, and ginger together.
Apply cooking oil and salt while blending or crushing the garlic and onion mixture.
Add the crushed mixture to the bowl with the beef.
Apply raiko spice or any available spice.
Add turmeric and paprika for color.
Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Add a little pineapple to tenderize the beef.
Mix all ingredients well and marinate for 10 to 20 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
Light the sigiri (charcoal stove).
Prepare skewers by threading the marinated beef onto them.
Roast the skewers on low heat until golden brown and dry, adjusting the charcoal for heat as necessary.
Serve with a suitable salad.
