Boil 3 cups of water in a pot.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil to the boiling water.
Add pasta to the boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente, ensuring it doesn't get too soft.
Drain the pasta and set it aside.
In a non-stick pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
Add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour to the melted butter and fry until the color changes slightly.
Gradually add milk while continuously stirring to avoid lumps, using slightly less than 1 cup.
Season the sauce with salt, mixed herbs, and black pepper powder, and mix well before turning off the heat.
In another pan, add chopped garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes without burning it.
Add chopped onion and green bell pepper to the garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.
Add chopped mushrooms and any other vegetables you prefer, seasoning with a little salt to help them cook faster.
Mix in chili flakes and more black pepper powder, cooking for an additional 3 minutes.
Combine the sautéed vegetables with the white sauce and mix well.
Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and stir to combine, adding more warm milk if the sauce is too thick.
Grate a cheese cube into the pasta and mix until melted and well incorporated.
