2 teaspoons thyme
2 medium carrots
1 tablespoon Browning
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cups water
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1 can (15 oz) butter beans

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Brown the oxtail on both sides in the pan.

Transfer the browned oxtail to a pressure cooker and add water; cook on pressure for 12 to 14 minutes.

Transfer the oxtail back to the pot and add Browning and 2 tablespoons of water; cook for 10-15 minutes.
