- 1In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 2Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- 3In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- 4In the same skillet, add chopped onion and sliced mushrooms. Sauté until the onions are translucent and mushrooms are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
