500 ml (2 cups) Water
2tbsp of Ghee
4 -5 Cloves
2- 3 pieces of cinnamon
1 Bay Leaf ( Tej Patta )
Green cardamom pods
Some Freshly crushed Black Pepper
1tbsp of Coriander Powder
2 Cups of Finely chopped Spinach
1 1/2 tsp of Salt
Juice of 1 Lime
