1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 medium carrot, grated
1 cup bread crumbs
1 large egg
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon thyme
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
to taste hot sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper.

Grate the carrot and add it to the meat mixture.
