Shrimp Scampi

Add Panko breadcrumbs to a large bowl.

Add a pinch of red chili flakes to the bowl.

Add minced shallot to the bowl.

Add freshly chopped parsley to the bowl.

Add the zest from half a lemon to the bowl.

Add 2 cloves of grated garlic to the bowl.

Melt 1/2 cup of salted butter and pour it into the bowl.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper.

Mix until well combined.

Take 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp and toss them with fresh lemon juice, a splash of dry white wine, salt, and pepper.

Arrange the shrimp in a casserole dish along with all their juices.

Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the shrimp.

Bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes or until bubbling around the edges and golden brown on top.
