Roasted Red Pepper White Bean Hummus

1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
1 large roasted red pepper, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2-3 tbsp water (as needed)

In a food processor, combine the white beans, roasted red pepper, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Blend the mixture until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

If the hummus is too thick, add water one tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
