Roasted Red Pepper White Bean Hummus

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 large roasted red pepper, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp roasted red pepper juice
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp water (as needed)

Add chickpeas to the food processor.

Add roasted red peppers and their juice to the food processor.

Pour in extra virgin olive oil.
