I have 400 grams of yellow split peas and 1.5 liters of water in a pot about 30 cm in size.

Add the yellow split peas to the pot with the water and bring it to a boil.

Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer.

I have 6 cloves of garlic which I will add to the pot.

Next, I will add an onion to the pot as well.

Let it cook until it starts to foam and then add a little bit of oil.

Stir it well and let it cook for a while until it starts to thicken.

Once it starts to thicken, blend it a little to make it finer.

I will now add turmeric to the mixture and continue cooking until it reaches the desired consistency.
