List all ingredients: ground beef, garlic, salt, parsley, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, fresh garlic, yellow onion, flour, panko breadcrumbs, vegetable oil, and eggs.
Grab a bowl and add half of the ground beef mixture.
Crack in one egg and add half of the other ingredients: cheese, salt, and parsley.
Mix the meat and ingredients very well together.
Repeat the process with the other half of the ground beef and remaining ingredients.
Divide the mixture into portions, aiming for three meatball bombs per pound of meat.
Roll each portion into a ball about the size of a baseball.
Slice mozzarella cheese into pieces about 2 inches wide and half an inch thick.
Grab a skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter, and half of the chopped onion.
Stir and cook the onion until softened.
Slice a meatball in half, add a spoonful of the onion mixture, and top with sliced mozzarella.
Enclose the meatball back into a ball shape.
Prepare three bowls: one with panko breadcrumbs, one with an egg wash (cracked egg stirred), and one with flour.
Dip the meatball in flour, then in the egg wash, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs.
Deep fry the meatball bomb in hot oil for about a minute until golden brown.
Let the fried meatballs drain on paper towels.
Repeat the frying process for the remaining meatballs.
Prepare a marinara sauce (not detailed in the video) and spoon it over the fried meatballs.
Top with extra mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake in the oven at 375°F for 45 minutes to an hour until cooked through.
Show the final product and cut into the meatball to reveal the melted cheese.
