Boil 600 ml of water in the Moulinex Cookeo.
Add 160 g of pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions.
In a separate bowl, mix 300 ml of besciamella with the cooked pasta.
Add the abundant ragù to the pasta and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a 20x20 baking dish.
Top with grated parmigiano and pieces of scamorza.
Cook in the air fryer until the top is golden and bubbly.
