3 small brown onions
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp paprika
1.5 tsp pepper
800 grams chicken breast
2 tbsp oregano
1 red capsicum
1 carrot
1 tbsp salt
1.5 bottles of a sauce (unspecified)

Heat oil in a pot on high heat.

Add 3 small brown onions and stir well.

Add 3 garlic cloves and continue stirring.

Add 2 tbsp paprika and 1.5 tsp pepper.

Add chicken breast pieces, previously washed and cut in half.

Mix well and avoid sticking to the bottom.

After 3-4 minutes, add 2 tbsp oregano and mix.

Add 1 red capsicum and 1 carrot.

Add 1 tbsp salt and mix again.

Add 800 grams of chicken breast.

Add 1.5 bottles of sauce and mix well.

Cover the pot and reduce heat to medium.

Cook for 20 minutes, checking for salt after 15 minutes.
