1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add 1 chopped onion and 2 minced cloves of garlic, sauté until translucent.

Add 1 chopped bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.

Stir in 1 kg of chicken thighs and brown on all sides.

Add 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, mixing well.

Pour in 1 cup of chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

Add 2 diced medium potatoes and cover the pot, cooking for 15 minutes.

Stir in 2 cups of green peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes until everything is cooked through.
