Cut the small chicken breast into pieces as desired. The breast should be boneless, without skin and fat.

In a pot, add a little oil and wait for the pot to heat up.

Cook the chicken pieces over medium heat.

Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1/4 onion or half a small onion cut into slices.

Season with seasonings to taste, including a little grated carrot, sliced carrot, and bell pepper to taste.

Add leaves of natural oregano and chascu or thyme, and salt to taste.

Add 2 large short potatoes cut into cubes.

Pour in water, adjusting the amount based on whether you prefer a more liquid or thick dish.

Cover the pot and let it boil for approximately 10 minutes.

Add 1 and a half cups of frozen peas (or fresh peas, noting that fresh peas will require a longer cooking time).
