Welcome to the kitchen, today we're cooking pork chops and steamed cabbage.

We have center cut pork chops with bone and fat on the side.

Let's get into the seasonings: oil, adobo, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Himalayan sea salt, black pepper, onion, olive oil, and Kerrygold butter.

First, wash the pork chops with vinegar.
