Calentar la leche en una cacerola y añadir el dulce de leche, el chocolate, el azúcar y la canela. Mezclar bien.
Incorporar el almidón de maíz disuelto en un poco de leche fría para espesar la mezcla.
Cuando la mezcla esté espesa, verterla en un molde y dejar enfriar.
Una vez fría, cortar en porciones y rebozar en harina y huevo batido.
Freír en aceite caliente hasta que estén doradas.
