Keep leftover puff pastry trimmings flat and stack them to maintain layers.
Sprinkle flour on the surface and roll out the puff pastry until it becomes one block again.
Cut the rolled pastry into a rectangle.
Brush the pastry with water using a brush.
Sprinkle icing sugar over the pastry and roll it up tightly.
Place the rolled pastry in the fridge for 10-15 minutes until it hardens.
Cut the hardened pastry into small coins.
Place one of the coins on a surface and add more icing sugar on top.
Add a spoon of citrus on top of the icing sugar.
Roll out the pastry coin with a rolling pin.
Preheat the oven to 190°C (374°F).
Bake the rolled pastries for about 10-12 minutes or until caramelized and crispy.
