72 ounces chicken broth
1 cup orzo pasta
6 ounces spinach

In a large bowl, combine 1/2 pound ground beef and 1/2 pound ground pork.

Add 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup Parmesan shredded cheese, 1/4 cup parsley, 1 egg, 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano, and salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Roll the mixture into quarter-sized meatballs and place them on a plate.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan.

Fry the meatballs in batches until they are browned on the bottom, about a few minutes.

Flip the meatballs to brown the other side for about 1 minute, then remove them from the pan.

Add 1 diced yellow onion, 3 diced carrots, and 2 diced celery stalks to the pot.
