In a large bowl, combine 1 pound each of sweet and spicy sausage using a potato masher.

In another bowl, mix heavy cream, 1 whisked egg, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, black pepper, and a pinch of salt to create a mixture.

Gradually add the mixture to the sausage and combine until it has a crumbly texture.
