Mix ground meat, garlic, parsley, pepper, salt, cheese, and eggs in a bowl.

Roll the mixture into meatballs about the size of a gumball.

Chop celery, carrots, onion, and garlic.

In a pot, add chopped vegetables, salt, pepper, and chicken stock.

Pour in 1 cup of white wine and let it cook for 2 minutes.
