Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan until hot.
Sauté 1 chopped onion until translucent.
Add 200 grams of minced meat and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
Incorporate 1 chopped tomato, 1 green chili, 1 inch of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, and spices; cook until the tomato softens.
Remove the keema mixture from the heat and stir in 1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves.
In a separate bowl, whisk 3 eggs with salt and pepper until well combined.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a clean pan until bubbling.
Pour in the egg mixture and cook until the edges set.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese over the omelette and cover until melted.
Once the omelette is set, place a portion of keema in the center.
Roll the omelette around the keema tightly and remove from the pan.
Slice the roll in half and serve warm.
