While the turkey cooks, snap the green beans into smaller pieces.
Once the turkey is tender, add the snapped green beans to the broth.
Prepare Yukon Gold potatoes by leaving small ones whole and cutting larger ones down to size.
Add the potatoes to the pot when there are about 30 minutes left for the green beans to cook.
Taste the broth and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more Accent seasoning if desired.
Remove the turkey meat from the bone, discarding the skin, and return the meat to the pot with the green beans and potatoes.
