1 tablespoon garlic
2 green chilies
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup mint leaves
1/2 cup coriander leaves
2 teaspoons whole spices
2 bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick
4 cloves
4 cardamom
1/4 teaspoon saffron
3 tablespoons ghee
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups water

Soak basmati rice in water for 30 minutes.

Heat ghee in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.
