Chickpea and Spinach Curry

2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 inch ginger (grated)
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp curry powder
1 cup chickpeas (cooked)
1 can (14 oz) chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup water
2 cups fresh spinach
Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
1/2 cup yogurt
