1

Cut fresh cabbage into half rings and shred it.

2

In a wok, heat 50 ml of vegetable oil and fry the onions until golden brown.

3

Add the shredded fresh cabbage and fry until it softens, about 10 minutes.

4

Add sauerkraut and mix, then add 100 ml of water and simmer for 25-30 minutes.

5

Grind the cabbage mixture in a meat grinder and mix it with the minced meat.

6

Add 300 ml of cold boiled water to the meat mixture and mix thoroughly until homogeneous.

7

Prepare the dough by mixing flour, 600 ml mineral carbonated water, 2 eggs, 8 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1 teaspoon salt in a mixer.

8

Knead the dough for about 7-10 minutes until ready, then let it rest for 30 minutes.

9

Roll out the dough to about 1-1.5 mm thickness and cut out circles.

10

Fill the dough circles with the meat and cabbage filling and shape them into sorcerers.

11

Boil 3 liters of water with half a tablespoon of salt, then add the sorcerers and cook until they float.
