Whole wheat flour adds fiber and nutrients.
Prepare the meat filling by mixing ground pork and ground beef with finely chopped onion, salt, and pepper mix.
Add 1 tablespoon of sour cream to the meat mixture for juiciness and mix well.
Grate the potatoes on the finest grater and squeeze out the juice using a sieve or cheesecloth.
Combine the grated potatoes with salt, pepper mix, and finely grated onion, mixing well.
Drain the excess liquid from the potato mixture, leaving the starch at the bottom, and add the starch back to the mixture.
Divide the meat filling into 12 parts and shape them into patties.
Take a portion of the potato mixture, flatten it in your palm, place a meat patty in the center, and wrap the potato mixture around it to form a dumpling.
Fry the dumplings in a small amount of vegetable oil over medium heat until a golden crust forms on all sides.
Transfer the dumplings to a greased baking dish (25x35 cm) and cover with foil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes, removing the foil for the last 10 minutes to brown the tops.
