Combine agar agar powder and water in a pot and heat. Once boiling, simmer for about 30 seconds to dissolve the agar agar.

Add granulated sugar and bring to a boil again to dissolve completely.

Stir in white bean paste and dissolve it as well.

Cool the mixture slowly in water.

In a bowl, whisk sifted matcha and sugar, then add hot water and mix until smooth. Gradually add some of the agar agar mixture while straining it back into the pot to ensure even mixing.

Once slightly thickened and cooled, divide the mixture into 6 cups and refrigerate to set (it can also set at room temperature).

For decoration, combine agar agar powder and water, heat, and dissolve. Add granulated sugar and dissolve again to create the agar agar mixture.

Take 80 g of the agar agar mixture into a bowl, add condensed milk to whiten it, and pour into two plates to set, coloring one yellow.

Once set, cut out shapes of rabbits (white) and the moon (yellow) and place them on top of the matcha jelly.

To the remaining agar agar mixture, add 60 cc water and heat in the microwave at 500W for 1 minute 30 seconds until boiling and fully dissolved. Pour over the set jelly and refrigerate to set.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Do not freeze.
