100 g butter

400 g sour cream

Mix in a bowl: oatmeal, 60 g sugar, wheat flour, baking powder and grated cold butter. Knead everything well into crumbly dough.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together, add the sour cream and vanilla sugar. Whisk everything together.

Grease the cake tin, which is approx. 29-22 cm in diameter, well with butter.

Spread the dough in a thin layer. Then add a thin layer of cream. Alternate this way several times, with the last layer being dough.

Grate frozen butter on top of the cake.

Bake the cake in a heated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

Let the cake cool in the tin.
