1 chopped onion
4 chopped garlic cloves
1 tablespoon sea salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 chicken legs
1 cup warm or hot water
1 tomato
1 celery stick

Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to a pan.

When the oil is hot, add 1 chopped onion and 4 chopped garlic cloves.

Mix these ingredients and fry for 30 seconds.

Add 1 tablespoon of sea salt and 2 teaspoons of black pepper.

Add 1 tablespoon of curry powder and mix well, frying for another half minute.

Add 2 chicken legs cut into small pieces and mix with the ingredients.

Cook for 3 minutes.

For sauce, add about 1 cup of warm or hot water.

Add 1 tomato cut into cubes and 1 celery stick thinly sliced.

Mix these ingredients and cook for another 10 minutes, until the water is mostly evaporated.
