Aloo Chicken Dosa

1 spoon mixture of spices

Heat the pan and pour in 10 ml of oil.

Put in 15 shallots cut into pieces, a spoon of fennel seeds and a quarter spoon of fenugreek seeds and sauté till they lose their pinkish color.

Add 10 g of ginger, 15 g of garlic, a spoon of pepper powder, a spoon of chili powder and a spoon of coriander powder and let it cook.

Put in the tomato pieces and the pieces of 100 g of potato. Sauté and mix well.

Put in the chicken heart pieces and mix well and sauté for 5 to 6 minutes.

Add 100 ml of water and mix and cook in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes.

Take 150 g of rice flour in a grinder with a spoon of mixture of spices and mix in 100 ml of water.

Mix in salt to taste. Grind well.

Add a quarter spoon of Eno and mix well.

Pour in the pancake mixture into the pan and put the cooked chicken potato mixture on top and then pour another layer of pancake batter on top and let it fry for 6 minutes in medium heat till it turns crispy.

Turn the pancake and flip it over. Once it is nicely cooked take off the flame and serve.
