Preheat the oven or toaster oven to 400 degrees with the rack in the upper middle position.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
Add 1/2 cup diced onions to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
Add 1/4 pound of diced brown mushrooms to the skillet and cook until the liquid evaporates and the mushrooms are tender.
Add 1 pound of breakfast sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Season the mixture with magic mushroom powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste.
Transfer the mixture to oven-safe ramekins or leave it in the skillet if using one.
Crack eggs into the mixture, making small wells for each egg.
Place the ramekins or skillet in the preheated oven and bake until the eggs are set to your liking, about 10-15 minutes.
