10 ounce can mild diced tomatoes (like Rotel)
8 ounce can tomato sauce

Open a 14.5 ounce can of petite diced tomatoes, a 10 ounce can of mild diced tomatoes, and an 8 ounce can of tomato sauce after washing the tops of the cans.

Dump all the canned tomatoes into the sautéed mixture.

Bring the mixture to a bubble, then reduce heat to medium and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

After simmering, turn off the heat and make wells in the mixture for the eggs.

Crack 4 eggs and drop them into the wells in the mixture.

Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the eggs.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
