Heat the Ninja Foodi pot on sear and sauté mode.

Add olive oil to the outside of the beef roast and season with salt and black pepper.

Sear the beef roast in the pot until browned on all sides, about 2 minutes per side.

Insert the probe into the beef roast, aiming for the center.

Turn off the sear and sauté mode and add 300 ml of beef stock to the bottom of the pot.

Place the air fryer basket in the Ninja Foodi and put the beef roast inside.

Close the lid and select the steam roast setting, choosing preset for medium rare.

Cook the beef roast for 16 minutes due to its small size.
