fresh curry leaves
3 green chilies (chopped)
a piece of ginger (chopped)
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

Cut half of the large raw mango and peel off the skin.

Grate the mango using a large size grater.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a kadai or pan.

Add 1 teaspoon of chana dal, 1 teaspoon of urad dal, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds, and 1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds to the oil.
