Cut the spiny lobster tails down the middle using kitchen scissors, being careful not to cut all the way down to the tail.
Gently apply pressure to open the shell and pull the meat out, being careful not to split the shell too much.
Clean the lobster tails by removing any saltwater and debris from behind the meat and inside the shell.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of melted butter with garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, a pinch of adobo seasoning, and Cayenne pepper if desired.
Pour the butter mixture over the lobster tails to prevent them from drying out during cooking.
Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and place the lobster tails on it, ensuring they are positioned properly for cooking.
Drown the lobster tails in the butter seasoning mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
Add fresh cracked pepper and onion powder to the lobster tails, then garnish with parsley for presentation.
Place the lobster tails in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, checking for doneness after 18 minutes.
Once cooked, plate the lobster tails and garnish with fresh lemon and additional parsley, if desired.
Pour more melted butter over the lobster tails before serving.
