Today, they are popular in various preparations, from grilling to baking, making them accessible to seafood lovers worldwide.

Preheat your oven to 400°.
You will need two lobster tails, 1/2 cup of melted butter, 1/4 cup of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of fresh parsley, two cloves of garlic, 1/8 teaspoon of paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and lemon juice.
Add parsley and minced garlic to the bowl, then whisk until well combined.
Separate two tablespoons of this butter mixture and set it aside for brushing the lobster tails before cooking.
Rinse the lobster tails and pat them dry with paper towels.
Turn the lobster tails over and remove the legs using kitchen shears.
Cut straight down the center of the shell with kitchen shears, starting at the wide end near the back and cutting towards the tail fin.
Repeat the cutting process on both sides of the center line meeting at the tail.
Loosen the meat from the shell using your finger or a spoon, being careful not to detach it from the base of the tail fin.
Lift the lobster meat gently and pull it upward and over the shell.
Trim any excess shell with kitchen shears to make it look neat.
Generously coat the lobster tails with the separated butter mixture.
Season the lobster tails with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Place the lobster tails in a baking dish.
Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven.
Allow the lobster tails to cook for 15 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°.
