Mix 700 grams of beef and 300 grams of pork together.

Pass the meat through a meat grinder along with 4 cloves of garlic.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to the minced meat.

Incorporate 1 tablespoon of corn starch and 1/2 teaspoon of soda into the mixture.

Gradually pour in 200 ml of carbonated water while mixing the meat thoroughly to keep the shape of the mititei.

Beat the mixture for at least 10 minutes.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 5-6 hours.

After chilling, mix the meat again and beat it with wet hands.

Form the mixture into small sausages.

Use a grill pan for the stove, but you can also cook mititei over charcoal or fry them.

Add a little water to the pan and place an oiled grill rack on top.

Lay the mititei on the grill rack and turn on the stove to low heat, covering with a lid.

Prepare a salad with cabbage, carrots, onion, herbs, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice, and set it aside.

After 20-25 minutes, flip the mititei, cover with the lid, and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
