Wash 2 kg of bell peppers and remove the tops.
Grate 300 g of carrots and chop 3 large onions and 1 large tomato.
In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onions and grated carrots for about 5-7 minutes.
Add the chopped tomato and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste to the skillet and mix well.
Transfer the vegetable mixture to a bowl to cool.
In the same skillet, cook 500-600 g of ground pork until browned.
Combine the ground pork with the cooled vegetable mixture in the bowl.
Add 200 g of washed rice, salt, black pepper, and preferred spices to the mixture and stir well.
Stuff the bell peppers with the meat and rice mixture.
Prepare a mixture of chopped tomatoes, a little water, and salt to taste, and pour it into the baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the stuffed peppers for 30 minutes.
Reduce the oven temperature to 170°C and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until cooked through.
