Chicken eggs - 6 pieces
Cheese - 100 g
Milk - 180 ml
Garlic - 3 cloves
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Fresh dill - 2 twigs
Fresh parsley - 2 sprigs
Ground red pepper - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Salt - to taste

Cut the cheese into small pieces, chop the dill and parsley finely, chop the garlic.

Beat chicken eggs in a bowl with a whisk, add milk and mix.

Add vegetable oil to the pan and heat over medium heat, fry the garlic, stirring, on low heat for 30 seconds.

Add the egg mixture with milk, salt, ground black pepper to taste and cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat.

Sprinkle the omelet with red pepper, cheese and cover, cook for another 4-5 minutes on low heat.

Remove the pan from the stove, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve.
