3 cups chicken stock
400 grams tiger shrimp

Add in 1.5 cups short grain rice and ensure it is completely coated with the mixture.

Pour in 3 cups chicken stock and bring to a simmer.

Let cook for about 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, add in 400 grams tiger shrimp, pressing them gently into the rice.
